  • Continue to leverage SG&A
  • Expand segment earnings margins to 15% by YE 2018
  • Generate average, annual adjusted earnings per share growth of at least 10%
  • Improve working capital to generate > $4Bn of cash flow from operations over the next five years
  • Maintain year end bank leverage ratio of ≤ 3:1x
  • Target fully diluted adjusted EPS of $4.00 by year end 2018
